Your journey begins with pickup from Kigali International Airport and a scenic drive through the lush Rwandan countryside to Musanze, the gateway to Volcanoes National Park.

On day two, you will trek through the misty rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. Spend an unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat.

After the trek, enjoy a celebratory lunch at your lodge before returning to Kigali on day three.

Itinerary

Arrive at Kigali International Airport. Your driver-guide will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you can visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial or explore the city's vibrant craft markets. Overnight at a Kigali hotel.
Early breakfast and drive north to Kinigi. Park briefing at 7:00 AM followed by gorilla trekking. After your hour with the gorillas, enjoy lunch at the park. Afternoon transfer back to Kigali or optional overnight near the park.
Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight, or extend your adventure with additional activities.
